Started off fine with Dion. But after repeatedly Coming back, the issue is getting worse. Was supposed to get a quote on a replacement for a sensor and never heard back. This was already after throwing almost $600 in the trash. My car also came back with damages and pieces that have been tampered with so carelessly that i have to replace myself now. Super frustrating. Unless it’s something simple where they don’t have to take your car apart, or any ac issues with newer cars, don’t bring them here.

If you spend 1000 dollars to get engine work done expect them to not check your oil or change it and leave it at 2 quarts low when an oil change is what you wanted in the first place. Bring your own oil

Spoke with Don on the phone and in person, super friendly guy and shop had very fair and honest prices! ( the next best shop I could was almost 35% higher for the job I needed ) my 2019 Ram 1500 had the oil pressure sensor go bad and since it’s the V6, it’s in an ungodly spot buried under the intake ontop of the engine valley so not worth 5 hours of my time to do in the heat. Dropped my truck off at 0930, picked up at 4pm which was fair given engine has to cool down before working on it and the job takes about 2-3 hours, also had spark plugs which again they had fair prices for as well. Now my truck runs nice and smooth, and I have a shop I can trust to do good work without the hassle of being expensive, it’s hard to find places that do both anymore so kudos to Don and Champs.

I can’t recommend Tim at Champs Auto Repair enough. Finding a mechanic you can actually trust is hard, and Tim has proven time and time again that he’s honest and genuinely cares about helping his customers. There have been several times where another shop told me something expensive needed to be fixed, and when I brought the car to Tim he took the time to really look at it, explain what was actually going on, and the repair ended up being much simpler and far less expensive than what I was originally told. He never talks down to you and always makes sure you fully understand the issue before doing anything. You can tell he’s not trying to squeeze money out of people. He’s straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair with his pricing. Every time I leave his shop I feel confident that the work was done right and that I wasn’t taken advantage of. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic who will actually take care of you, Tim at Champs Auto Repair is the person to go to. I trust him completely with my vehicles and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
